2. Read the counselling instructions, declaration and undertaking, and select "I agree".
3. Complete the ICAR PG - 2026 Login using the credentials sent to eligible candidates by SMS or email.
4. Pay the fee through credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI.
5. Check the personal and academic details shown in the ICAR AIEEA PG Counselling 2026 Registration Form, and enter the correct name of the college or university of the degree, if required.
6. Fill in preferred subjects and universities in the choice-filling window.
7. Upload the required documents, save the choices before the deadline and keep a printout of the final choice list.

Candidates must upload scanned JPEG images of the original documents and produce the originals at reporting. The list includes:

• Class 10 certificate as proof of date of birth, and Class 12 and later marksheets

• Domicile certificate and character certificate
• Category or PwBD certificates and sponsorship certificate for in-service candidates, where applicable

The allotment letter and provisional admission letter need not be uploaded, but must be produced at the allotted university.
