KEA Issues UG CET Round 2, UG NEET Round 1 Mock Allotment Results 2026

KEA has published the seat matrix for admission to the second year, third semester of engineering professional courses meant for professional diploma holders. Students who wish to pursue this pathway can download the seat matrix from the official website and use it to plan their choices for the first round of counselling.

Candidates seeking admission through this route must apply for round 1 seat allotment by August 21, up to 11 am. Below is the schedule for the professional diploma admission process.

Those who miss out on a seat in round 1 will get another opportunity in round 2, which will cover seats left vacant after the first round. However, candidates who already have a seat allotted in round 1 will not be eligible for round 2 unless they cancel their existing allotment and pay the applicable penalty.

Alongside the diploma seat matrix, KEA has notified the schedule for BPharma lateral admissions as part of KEA Counselling 2026. The merit list for this process was already published on August 12. Candidates in this category should follow the dates below closely, since the process moves fast.

In a separate but equally important update under KEA Counselling 2026, KEA has released the mock seat allotment result for round 2 of UG CET courses and round 1 of UG NEET (MBBS and BDS) counselling. These mock results are not final. They simply give candidates a preview of where they may land based on the choices submitted so far, along with their rank and category.

For UG NEET, the mock allotment reflects the options entered by candidates up to 9 am on August 13. Candidates who are not happy with the tentative outcome still have a chance to revise things. As per the schedule, choices can be added, deleted or reordered until August 20, up to 9 am. Only the changes made within this window will count toward the actual round 1 allotment.

2. Open the relevant admission section, either UG CET or UG NEET, based on the exam appeared for.
3. Click on the link for the mock seat allotment result.
4. Log in using the required candidate credentials.
5. View the allotted college and course details.
6. Modify choices if needed, and save the changes before the deadline.

KEA has advised all candidates to keep checking the official portal regularly, since further updates on final allotment, fee payment and reporting will be issued in the coming days.
