NEET UG Stray Vacancy Result 2026: How to Check the Final List
MCC has posted the list as a 137-page PDF sorted by All India Rank. The first seat, MBBS at AIIMS Bhubaneswar, went to rank 3782. The last went to rank 1190352.
- Visit mcc.nic.in and open the UG Medical section.
- Under Current Events, click “Final Allotment Result for the UG Counselling Stray Vacancy Round”.
- Search the PDF for your NEET UG 2026 rank.
- Check the allotted quota, institute, course, category and remarks.
- Log in to the candidate portal and download the allotment letter.
Most rows read “Allotted”. Fifteen add an NRI priority number and four add a CW rank, for seats under the Non-Resident Indian quota and the Children/Widows of Armed Forces Personnel quota.
The PDF also carries an MCC note. A candidate whose category or quota has changed in the same institution and subject must get an online relieving letter and a fresh online admission letter for the changed seat. Without it, the seat is cancelled for non-admission.

NEET Counselling Stray Vacancy Round 2026: Reporting Rules
The reporting window runs from October 19 to October 26, 2026, under MCC’s revised schedule notice dated October 14, 2026.
Joining is compulsory. The UG Counselling 2026 Information Bulletin states that a candidate who does not join the allotted seat loses the security deposit and cannot take part in any further round.
MCC will share the list of stray round allottees with states, which will weed them out of their own stray round seat processing.
At the college, carry the MCC allotment letter, the NEET UG 2026 admit card and rank letter, Class 10 and Class 12 certificates, the Class 12 marks sheet, eight passport-size photographs and photo ID. Category certificates are needed where they apply.
