VITEEE 2027 Registration Begins: Apply Online at viteee.vit.ac.in by March 31, 2027

VIT has fixed one date so far: March 31. Its admissions page lists everything after that, from admit cards to counselling, as tentative. As of October 21, 2026, applicants have 161 days.

Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) opened VITEEE 2027 registration on October 20, 2026, at viteee.vit.ac.in. The last date to apply is March 31, 2027, and the fee is Rs 1,450. The exam is tentatively scheduled for April 27– May 02, 2027.

VIT has two addresses, vit.ac.in and viteee.vit.ac.in, are the only places to apply.

1. Sign up for VITEEE 2027 registration on viteee.vit.ac.in. The mobile number has to be yours, because every message from VIT goes there.
2. Type in the OTP. The password then lands in your email.
3. Log in. You’ll see a declaration; accept it to move on.
4. Personal details. Your test city depends on the correspondence address you give, so check it twice and upload proof.
5. Educational details, where you pick MPCEA (Mathematics) or BPCEA (Biology).
6. Class 10 roll number, year of passing and a scan of the original mark sheet.
7. Pay Rs 1,450 online. Net banking, credit cards and debit cards are accepted.(Application cost is non-refundable)
8. Capture a live photo. The signature is done on paper: sign in a 6 cm × 2 cm box, scan it, and keep the JPG/JPEG between 20 KB and 300 KB.
9. Upload an address proof and download the completed form.

The computer-based test runs across cities in India, though not every city gets all four days.

If you passed Class 12 in 2025 or 2026, or sit for it in 2027, you can apply. Anyone who passed in 2024 or earlier is ruled out.

For MPCEA, VIT wants 60% across Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in Class 12, with no less than 50% in Mathematics. BPCEA swaps Mathematics for Biology on the same terms. SC/ST candidates, and those from Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and the eight Northeastern states, qualify at 50%.

The paper runs two hours with 100 questions, all in English. Mathematics or Biology has 40, Physics and Chemistry 25 each, and Aptitude and English five each. Correct answers get four marks. Wrong ones lose one.

Each candidate gets one shot at VITEEE 2027. VIT does not admit BTech students on JEE Main, SAT or board marks.
