Odisha NEET UG Counselling 2026 Physical Stray Round Allotment Out: OJEE Allots 14 MBBS, BDS Seats

Anyone named in it should head to the college straight away. OJEE wants allottees at their institutions immediately, carrying a copy of the allotment-cum-admission letter signed by an OJEE official. The notice gives no later cut-off.

The Odisha NEET UG Counselling 2026 physical stray list fits on a single page, and every row is marked “Fresh Allotment”. The seats are at SCB Dental College in Cuttack, Hi-Tech MCH and Hi-Tech Dental College in Bhubaneswar, and DRIEMS Institute of Health Sciences & Hospital at Hairapari.

3. Open the one titled “Physical Stray Vacancy Round Allotment for MBBS / BDS Admission 2026-27”.
4. Hit Ctrl+F and type your NEET application number.
5. If it shows up, note the college, course and category, and keep a copy of the PDF.

The highest-ranked candidate in the round, at state rank 1337, was allotted BDS at SCB Dental College. All four MBBS seats went to state ranks between 1523 and 2224. The last of them went to NEET rank 80635 at DRIEMS. Hi-Tech Dental College filled nine seats and reached furthest down the list, to state rank 4917. Every row is marked “Fresh Allotment”.

There is no going back after this round. OJEE’s spot counselling modalities say a candidate admitted in any category cannot ask for a change later. Admission was given at the venue itself. The fee had to come as a bank draft made out to “OJEE”, payable at Bhubaneswar.

NRI candidates pay four times these amounts at private colleges. Every admitted student also deposits Rs 3,500 at the college for university registration. Government colleges can add their own charges, and these differ from one institution to the next.

The spot round was meant for October 24. On October 23, OJEE pushed it back two days through notice No. OJEE/626. Its reason was that candidates upgraded in the stray vacancy round had not finished reporting.

Notice No. OJEE/0627, issued October 24, split the new date into two slots. SEBC candidates came first, from 11 am to 12 noon. General/GC candidates of every state rank had the hour after that.

Who could take part? Anyone on the revised final state merit list, No. OJEE/0616, dated October 22. The exception was stray round allottees, from the first list or the upgradation, who never reported for admission. Candidates already admitted in the stray round were let in too, in case a better seat opened up.
